The projected quantity required is 600 (we will inform sponsors promptly if registration figures indicate that more will be required). Unless otherwise indicated, only one sponsorship for each type of item will be accepted (i.e., the conference bags will not contain more than one promotional pen, notepad, etc.). The third in the series of the regional North American PAC series, NAPAC16 is the ideal venue for interacting with engineers and scientists from all levels of industry, national labs and universities.

About NAPAC16This is the bi-annual general conference for the North American particle accelerator community (with substantial international attendance as well). An estimated 500+ decision-making managers, scientists, engineers, developers, users, and students from around the world will be present to discuss and review the latest issues, trends, and challenges in the field and to establish business contacts. Additional full delegate registrations may be purchased for the usual fee of $650 (for APS or IEEE members/$700 non-members) through August 26, 2016, or $720 (for APS or IEEE members/$760 non-members) thereafter. Most exhibitors are commercial enterprises, but academic institutions and research organizations are welcome. The Industrial Exhibition will share space with poster sessions, a reception, and coffee breaks. These attractions, and the layout of the room, will help ensure that as many participants as possible visit your booth.
