Registration fees | |||||||||||||||||||||
The Registration Fee includes entrance to all sessions, conference materials, and coffee breaks. The conference banquet will be the only meal provided to registered attendees (this does not include single-day registrants, unless the date of attendance is Thursday). Additional Banquet tickets - $114. Companion (includes banquet and welcome reception) - $185. Please Note: Changes and cancellations for individuals must be communicated in writing to the NAPAC16 organizers. Prepaid registration fees, less a $100 processing fee, are refundable if notification of cancellation is received in writing (email, mail, or fax) by August 28, 2016. This policy also applies to extra tickets for social functions. No reimbursements for registration cancellations will be made except a) your request for a Visa to the USA is denied or b) there is a major medical emergency. Reimbursement requests of this type should also be submitted in writing (email, mail, or fax) and be received before the start of the conference on October 9. The email address NAPAC16-Finance@aps.anl.gov should be used for either case. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the NAPAC16 organizers. Refunds will be made by credit card, check, or bank transfer. |
