Layout & Hours

The Industrial Exhibition will take place in Riverwalk A & B of the Sheraton Grand Chicago, Chicago, Illinois. Attractions such as poster sessions and coffee breaks are held in the exhibit area and positioned to ensure that as many delegates as possible will visit your booth.

Hours

Sunday, October 9

Exhibitor Check-In and Booth Setup: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Exhibit/Poster Session Hall is open 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM; booth staffing is not required but is requested and recommended.

Monday, October 10 → Wednesday, October 12

Exhibit/Poster Session Hall is open 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Thursday, October 13

Exhibit/Poster Session Hall is open 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Exhibitors should have their exhibits dismantled by 6:00 PM
